Student Health is accredited by The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, also known as AAAHC. AAAHC is a leader in ambulatory (out-patient) health care accreditation. Its high standards require Student Health to maintain excellent quality of patient care.
We also support campus public health efforts and partner with the Mecklenburg County Health Department to respond to infectious disease concerns.
Student Health and the Center for Wellness Promotion are located in the Joyce Davis Waddell Center for Student Health and Wellbeing and are part of the Division of Student Affairs.
We are in-network with MedCost and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Claims are filed when insurance information is on file at the time of your visit.
