To best serve students, Student Health requests a copy of your private/non-university health insurance card. If you do not have Student Blue insurance, please upload a copy of the front and back of your most recent insurance card on the Student Health portal.  You should also bring your most recent insurance card or a digital copy to your appointment. This step is not required for Student Blue plan holders since Student Health has access to your insurance information.

Student Health uses your insurance information to request payment for laboratory services for those with certain insurance coverage.  Your insurance information is also used when assisting with referrals to specialists and at the Student Health pharmacy.  Be aware that charges not covered by your insurance carrier are your responsibility.
